About the Recipe
Fermentation is the oldest biotechnology tool that uses microorganisms to bring about a chemical change. To take it to the next level, we have taken advantage of the symbiotic interaction of bacteria to produce fermented peptides. We have experimented for 11 years to learn how to let them produce effective anti-bacterial peptides and symbiotics together. We make use of symbiotic fermentation through probiotics and soybean to enable wound healing.
